2. All of Sandi Smith's e-book products have a 30-day, 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee. In the event of a refund request, you will need to return your product and you will not be able to use any ebooks created by Sandi Smith. To request a refund, email sandi@sandismith.com.

3. Any other third-party purchase that I have made on your behalf is subject to the return policy of the vendor involved. In most cases, software is nonreturnable.
